This is the link to book your 9D Breathwork journey 2, 3 & 4, as part of the 4 x week 9D Breathwork Package with Life Alignment Support guided by Lana Grant, RTT CCHt CSR.
These 3 separate booked sessions are only to be booked after you have already booked the initial Discovery Call, and 4 week package (which books Journey #1).
These journeys have already been pre-selected for you, following your discovery call, and the program scope document sent to you with the outline of the four week program (or 8 week, if done every 2 weeks).
Journeys #1-3 are virtual only, but session #4 can be virtual or in person (Which will be verified during the discovery call)… If there is a change to your preference on the virtual/in-person for the 4th session, please reach out to Lana within 48 hours of the session.

Virtual (Zoom) Transformational Breathwork Session with Lana.
THIS IS AN INDIVIDUAL (1:1) LIVE on Zoom,
VIRTUAL TRANSFORMATIONAL 9D BREATHWORK Journey. This includes a pre-session intake conversation, guidance on the journey theme and breath techniques, as well as a post session grounding integration with Q&A for a fully supported experience.
✨Lana will be taking you through a live online zoom delivered 9D Transformational BreathWork journey - with multiple theme options (Lana will assist you in picking the theme ahead of the session - through email or text - or during the Discovery Call)
This is a powerful 1.5-2 hour experience…also includes a pre-journey discussion to teach the conscious connected activated 9D breathwork techniques used during the session, identify some key conscious points of struggle, plus a post journey integration and Q&A to help you process the experience.
To be a part of this experience, you must be of good physical health (no cardiac issues), not pregnant, not epileptic, not recovering from a recent surgery, or experiencing schizophrenia/or other severe mental health disorders, which may not be suitable for this type of intensive breathwork journey experience. You will be sent a liability waiver form to review and approve in order to be eligible for the journey.

I thought it was really very good.It’s something I haven’t experienced before. I do deep breathing exercises but nothing like you taught me. I was very surprised I could hold my breath as long as I did .
I would have liked to have gotten information on what Lana was doing with putting an apparatus on some people’s head? I wasn’t sure what that was & how she picked certain people.I thought Lana was excellent in her directing us as we listened to the sounds .Yes I’d do it again.
