Here's some extra information to help explain some comfort details, as well as a bit more insight into the journey we will be sharing on the 12th.

The 9D Breathwork sessions are facilitated by: Lana Grant & Sherry Donovan

Lana is the only certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator in Nova Scotia and one of only 2 in Atlantic Canada. Lana is joined at these events by her gifted sister, Sherry - who is trained as a 9D support co-facilitator (breath-angel).

Lana and Sherry unite to additionally offer their Hands on Healing/Energy Work, as well as their post journey Psychic/Intuitive Group Guided messages as part of the experience - which really makes this healing journey epic and unique!

For your comfort plan to bring:
- Yoga Mat (or comfort cushion or anti-gravity chair)
- Pillow
- Blanket
- Water Bottle
- Please wear comfortable clothing – i.e. gym wear
- (Headsets and eye masks are provided for your journey)

Contraindications:

If you should have any of the following, please consult with your physician: Heavy Asthma, Pregnancy, Severe Heart Disease/Cardiovascular Disease, Very High Blood Pressure, Any severe Psychiatric Disorders (i.e. Schizophrenia) or Epilepsy.
